This recipe is one I used to make for my husband and I when we first met. It is hearty, flavorful, and a delicious meal this time of year. It is a take on pazole, a Mexican soup/stew with tender morsels of pork, kale, chickpeas, onions, and garlic in a spicy tomato broth, topped with radish, cilantro, and lime!
