Pumpkin Streusel Coffee Cake with Maple Cinnamon Butter
I was looking for fall recipes and this one stood out to me. It looked and sounded so tasty, so I made a test batch and even my husband who doesn’t love pumpkin enjoyed it! This coffee cake is made with pumpkin puree, brewed coffee and has a swirly line of cinnamon streusel throughout. But the fun doesn’t stop there, I’m serving it with a little side of maple cinnamon butter because it takes this coffee cake to the next level! Fall vibes, here we come! This loaf serves 12 slices.
