Chicken Marsala

This is one of those dishes, you try it once and you’ll want it again and again. This dish is full of umami, with pan-seared chicken breast, sauteed mushrooms, garlic, shallots, and thyme in a rich, creamy marsala wine sauce. All this is topped on light egg noodles and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano. What a comforting dish!
