I’ve been wanting to make this for a long time. I finally did and decided it must be on this Fall menu! This white chicken chili flips chili on it’s head. Everything is opposite to regular chili. It’s a white sauce, made with shredded chicken and northern white beans. This chili has onoins, garlic, corn, green chilies all in a cream cheese white sauce. Seasoned with spices and topped with cilantro. It’s a fun twist on a classic and an absolute must try! This photo below is taken with some of my favorite toppings but you can dress it up any way you like.
